YesmindZ Online English Language and Literature Academy has experienced its journey from a humble beginning to an emergent educational organization. Its aim is to support the personal growth of students in the global context. The realistic development goals and inclusive vision of our academy provide students with an enriching learning experience. The core motto of YesmindZ is to strengthen young learners spread their wings resolutely as achievers. The innovative research-based training methodology is the nucleus of our institutional culture which is established through empathy and perseverance to shape the budding minds constantly. A future focused English institute that aims to help build global future goals in students through education and research.

The experienced and trained faculty with a scientific bent of mind forms the team of our academy, who decodes value to this endeavour. Headed by Ms. Pratima Roy, The Founder, who is a trained International curriculum English Language educator and administrator had more than 2 decades of experience in working with various national and international organizations. Her innovative approach of delivery of educational task to interest and involve the students thoroughly and effectively throughout their learning process in both online and offline mode has gain ample momentum among the learning community. Her exposure as a Head and Coordinator of IBDP along with Examiner of IBDP English and TOK; Ex-Examiner of GESE English, Trinity College London and ESOL assist the teaching team to develop interesting and stress-free evaluation techniques, to assess students' learning progress in line with various board requirement.

Our team consists of young and energetic teachers, trained by our experienced senior members. It also includes highly placed industry experienced mentors and capable consultants with huge experience in consultancy.
